1. Are you organizing schedules well?
It’s very important to organize and remember our schedules for our study. How do you do that? Maybe many of you are using schedule book. It’s easy to use, but some people are too lazy to use it. Don’t you…?
Now you know the difficulty of organizing schedules, but it’s necessary to do. We recommend you to build your own system and follow it. If you use schedule book, you should decide:
・What kind of information will you write on?
・What color do you use for each information?
・When do you look at the schedule book?
We will start telling about that!
2-1. What kind of information will you write on?
There are many kind of schedules, so first we should pick up the schedules which are necessary and important for you. Then your schedule book will be easy to grasp schedules.
2-2. What color do you use for each information?
As I told you, you’ll write some kinds of schedules in one schedule book. So it’s important to organize them by using color.
It’s good to use 3 colors when you use your schedule book. And, you should decide the meaning of each color like this:

2-3. When do you look at the schedule book?
Even you organize your schedules very well, if you don’t look at your schedule book, you can’t follow your schedules or plans. The important thing is to look at your schedule book everyday! We recommend you to look at your schedule book in same time everyday. Here’s some examples of the timing of looking at your schedule book:
〇Before you start your home-study… You can check the plan for study
〇Before you prepare for the next day… You won’t forget anything you need next day
〇When you do your homework… You can check the deadline, plans, key points and other important things
3. Let’s build up your own system and follow it!
